TINJAUAN YURIDIS HUKUM PKWT TERHADAP KONTRAK KERJA PTT PTSL KANWIL BPN DKI JAKARTA 2019

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam rangka mencapai target PTSL 2019, Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi DKI merekrut PTT untuk menjadi Tenaga Pembantu Administrtif PTSL di DKI. Selama satu tahun kontrak, peneliti melihat ada hal- hal yang tidak sesuai antara isi kontrak kerja dengan yang terjadi dilapangan sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti Kontrak Kerja PTT PTSL Kanwil DKI Jakarta 2019 ditinjau dari Hukum PKWT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan melakukan analisis peraturan perundang- undangan dan sumber-sumber hukum lainnya yang terkait dengan pelaksanaan PTSL dan PTT. Semua data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder atau data yang didapatkan dengan cara menelusuri bahan-bahan hukum secara detail dan teliti. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Pertama, Kontrak kerja PTT PTSL Kanwil BPN DKI Jakarta 2019 telah memenuhi semua persyaratan secara hukum PKWT. Kedua, Perlindungan hukum terhadap PTT PTSL Kanwil BPN DKI Jakarta 2019 masih sangat lemah. During the one year contract, the researcher saw that there were things that did not match the contents of the work contract with what was happening in the field so that the researcher was interested in examining the 2019 DKI Jakarta Regional Office PTT Complete systematic land registration (PTSL) Work Contract in terms of the Particular Time Working Agreement (PKWT) Law. This study uses a normative legal research method by analyzing legislation and other legal sources related to the implementation of Complete systematic land registration (PTSL) and PTT. All data used in this study are secondary data or data obtained by tracing legal materials in detail and thoroughly. The conclusions of this study are: The First, the PTT Complete systematic land registration(PTSL) work contract for the 2019 DKI Jakarta BPN Regional Office has fulfilled all the legal requirements of the Particular Time Working Agreement (PKWT). The second, legal protection for PTT Complete systematic land registration (PTSL) Regional Office of DKI Jakarta BPN 2019 is still very weak.
