Abstract

Abstract: Colloidal quantum dots (QDs) of AgInS 2 and CuInS 2 and corresponding core–shell structures were synthesized in aqueous solution using L-Glutathione and sodium citrate as stabilizing agents. The samples were characterized by means of absorption and photoluminescence spectroscopies.
