Abstract

This paper examines the legal foundations of progressive autonomy, its relationship to the best interests of the child and the right to be heard in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, as well as the practical and cultural challenges in its effective implementation in Law N°21.430.El presente trabajo examina los fundamentos jurídicos de la autonomía progresiva, su relación con el interés superior del niño y el derecho a ser oído en la Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño, así como los desafíos prácticos y culturales en su implementación efectiva en la Ley N°21.430.
