Análisis de los conflictos derivados del uso del idioma por los inmigrantes en la Administración de Justicia madrileña

Abstract

Analysis of the conflicts that stem from the immigrants' use of the language in Madrid justice system. The sociolinguistic integration of the immigrant population in the Community of Madrid encompasses multiple aspects, one of them being the achievement of the fundamental right to effective judicial protection in the area of the courts of said Autonomous Community. Being the objective of this study the analysis of the problems that arose in this context as a result of the use of language by this sector of the population, possible solutions to them will be proposed, with the aim of improving the gear and judicial system in order to achieve optimal inclusion of the population who, due to their lack of knowledge of the language, could be discriminated against or hindered in the achievement of their rights.
