AbstractThe COVID-19 pandemic caused the postponement of the 20th PON schedule. The impact of this is that the training concentration program that has been made does not run according to what has been made. So this study aims to determine the management of the regional training center for karate athletes of PON Kalimantan Barat during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research location is KONI, West Kalimantan. The data sources of this research are administrators, coaches and athletes. Survey data from passive monitoring process, semi-structured interviews, documents, and field notes. Data reduction techniques and data reduction procedures. The data obtained will be triangulated to test the credibility of the data. The results showed that the planning stage of the ongoing training camp was still not optimal because the training program planning had not been implemented, the training center organizing stage already had an organizational structure, the implementation stage of the ongoing training camp was still not optimal because in the implementation of training athletes lacked sparring opponents, and the supervision stage at the ongoing training camp is optimal. The COVID-19 pandemic has hampered the programs that have been made, so they are not running optimally.
