Abstract: Madrasah Ibtidaiyah creates inequalities in the quality of learning, characterized by existing human resources having difficulty in using new technologies today. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the use of technology in improving the quality of learning in ibtidaiyah madrasahs in Bengkulu. Using descriptive qualitative methods, the gap evaluation approach is the planning gap with implementation, the capability standard gap with the set standard, and the goal gap. The sources of information in this study used various sources, both online media data and print media data. Includes scientific books, scientific articles both nationally and internationally related to the use of technology in improving the quality of learning. The results of the study can be concluded that the use of technology in ibtidaiyah madrasahs in Bengkulu creates difficulties for various parties in improving the quality of learning due to limited human resources in the use of technology, and uneven internet networks in madrasahs. Thus, it can be suggested to improve the quality of learning in ibtidaiyah madrasahs conduct an in-depth evaluation of the use of technology and meet the needs of technology needs and internet networks of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Indonesia.Keywords: Evaluation, Use of Technology, Quality of Learning, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
