The ostracod fauna from the Maastrichtian white chalk of Denmark.

Abstract

The fauna includes 95 species representing 34 different genera. The qualitative composition is rather homogeneous throughout the strata studied, indicating a mature and well-balanced community in middle to outer shelf environments. Two biozones in the Danish Maastrichtian are established on the basis of ostracod species. -from Author
