Abstract

Bathocuproine (BCP) is often used as a hole-blocking layer in organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) and as anti-migration layer of exciton in organic solar cells. However, BCP is easily polycrystallized after vacuum deposition immediately. We can suppress the polycrystallization of BCP thin film by means of organic alloy with the other material. ©2006TAPJ.
