Abstract
A rare case of sarcoidosis with disseminated and polymorphic lesions is reported. A 52-year-old woman presented with plaques and nodules on her scalp, forehead, trunk and limbs for 4 years. Sarcoidosis was confirmed by histopathology. Chest X-ray showed hilar lymphadenopathy in her lungs.
