Abstract

Learning Management System is a website-based online learning media commonly used in universities. The quality of a system can be measured by the level of usability. System's usability is crucial for the level of acceptance and satisfaction of the users. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate and test whether the system used is by its usefulness. This study aims to find many methods of LMS UMNU Kebumen using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with a total of 25 respondents. The SUS method is the most used because using a small sample can give good results. The test results in this study showed an average score of 61.4. Based on this score, it is analyzed by drawing an interpretation that shows that LMS UMNU Kebumen has a score of 30% for percentile rank, the poor category for adjective rating, and the D grade scale. While in acceptance it shows the marginal category and for Net Promoter Score it is in the detractor category.
