Abstract

On page 1302 of the article cited above, the wording of the following sentence was incorrect: "In contrast, net prices received by the manufacturer increased at a more modest rate with CAGRs of 3-36%-more in line with the rate of inflation for the overall economy." The sentence should read "In contrast, net prices received by the manufacturer increased at a more modest rate (3-36%) with CAGRs of 0.2-2.1%."
