Abstract

Overview: A 70 year old male presents with recurrent pneumonia despite adequate antiobiotic therapy shortly after having a total gastrectomy for gastric adenocarcinoma with primary mesh repair. On imaging, a colobronchial fistula is evident secondary to mesh erosion into the colon. This illustrates the usefulness early imaging can provide in illustrating mesh erosion.
