Abstract

After the initial moments, it is now possible to carry out the exercise of resituating the original positions around MOOC, as well as reconsidering them as disruptive technology that would radically transform educational institutions. This is why issues such as the theory of disruptive innovations are addressed, as well as the possibility of a more in-depth review of the original and current characteristics of the same. This is why, as a result, a more realistic analysis of its possibilities and, above all, its educational uses can now be carried out, and a great part of this article of reflection is devoted to it. To finish with the analysis of the variables to reconsider once approached and analyzed different studies and investigations in this respect, which offers an imaginary and potential of variables to reconsider for a greater significant development of the same ones in the educative scope.
