Abstract

This paper stress on sport instructor's economic and professional behaviour in outdoors' sport services supply. The framework has adopted an economic sociology approach which permits to build an explanatory model based on the concept of micro-mentality. The later enable to conceptualise the actors subjectivity. The instructors goals and conceptions (of economic and professional occupation) are taken into account to understand and to explain their functioning logic. The results showed that instructors behave on "hedonistic logic" which is deviant from the utilitarian rationality. The production and commercial operations are orientated on the instructors' passion of sport and nature.
