Abstract

Here, we report the influence of temperature on frequency dependent electrical properties of FeMn2O4.The ′ decreases with increasing frequency in all studied temperatures and exhibits phase transition at higher temperature region. The increase in magnitude of tanδ with increasing temperature indicates the increasing electrical conductivity of FeMn2O4The frequency dependent Z′ shows systematic decreasing resistance with increasing frequency in between 50°C to 300°C. The frequency dependent σac is in contrast to Z′ behavior and endorse the increasing electrical conductivity at both higher temperature and frequency. The M′ decreased with increase in temperature and sustained same behavior at higher temperatures.
