Data are collected using questionnaires involving 256 respondents from the Bandung Regency Civil Service Apparatus. Hypothesis testing use the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with AMOS 22.0 software. The results show that there is a positive influence of training and development on intrapreneurship competence, affective commitment, and innovative behavior.
