Abstract

The world has experienced major cultural, social and economic changes, based on the growth of digital technology domination. In line with these changes, digital technologies play an increasingly important role in the life of employees and, human resources management seems to come to terms with it more and more. What this article is proposing is to investigate whether the candidate, respectively, the employee - is ready to embrace all these changes? The present paper work describes, within theoretical aspects and a practical analysis to identify the role of the human and digital component in the HR processes.
