Abstract

En el artículo se presentan generalidades del Coaching, sus ventajas e importancia como metodología educativa que facilita el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en las aulas. Se exponen las experiencias de la autora en la aplicación de herramientas y conceptos, en particular con tres asignaturas. El Coaching, reconocido como un proceso de crecimiento personal y un método para mejorar el rendimiento de las personas, desafía a los educadores a desenterrar y sustituir creencias limitantes y viejos hábitos, para ser líderes y comunicadores eficaces en el aula.AbstractThis article presents the general aspects of Coaching, its advantages and its relevance as an educational methodology that facilitates the teaching-learning process in the classroom. It presents the experiences of the author in the application of tools and concepts, specifically in three courses. Coaching, which has been recognized as a process of personal development and as a method to improve people’s performance, challenges teachers to uproot and substitute limiting beliefs as well as old habits, in order to be leaders and efficient communicators in the classroom.
