Abstract

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To evaluate systematically the available literature of randomised clinical trials regarding the benefits and harms of transarterial (chemo)embolisation as a postoperative adjuvant treatment in people who have undergone hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma.
