Abstract

This work is a survey of neuromorphic computing-in-memory. Unlike existing surveys that focus on hardware or application-level perspectives, the authors elaborate on architectures, simulators, and security from a system point of view. At the end of the article, the authors highlight the challenges in neuromorphic computing-in-memory and raise a few open questions for future research in this field.
