Pengaruh Komitmen Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kompetensi Profesional terhadap Kinerja Guru

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze:1) the effect of simultaneous work commitment, work motivation and professional competency on teacher performance 2) the effect of work commitment on teacher performance, the effect of work motivation on teacher performance. 3) the effect of work motivation on teacher performance. 4) the effect of professional competency on teacher performance.. This type of research is quantitative research with expost facto approach. This research was conducted at State High School 2 Jeneponto. The population in this study were all teacher totalling 64 people. The sample of the study was that entire population. Data collection techniques using questionnaire and documentation techniques. Data was collected using a questionnaire and documentation. The questionnaire was used to collect data on work commitment, work motivation, and professional competency on teacher performance. While the documentation is used to collect research data that already exists at the school. Data analysis techniques are carried out after data from all respondents or other data sources are collected with analytical activities including test prerequisite analysis and hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression). The results of the study show that (1) Overall work commitment, work motivation and professional competency together have a significant effect on teacher performance SMA Negeri 2 Jeneponto indicated; 2) work commitment have a significant effect on teacher; (3) work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance; (4) professional competency have a significant effect on teacher performance. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) pengaruh secara simultan komitmen kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru. 2) pengaruh komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja guru, 3) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, 4) pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan expost facto. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 2 Jeneponto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru yang berjumlah 64 orang, sampel penelitian adalah seluruh populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket dan dokumentasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data variabel komitmen kerja, motivasi kerja, kompetensi profesional dan kinerja guru yang sudah ada pada sekolah tersebut. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Secara keseluruhan komitmen kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi profesional secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri 2 Jeneponto; 2) komitmen kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru; 3) motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru; 4) kompetensi profesional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.
