Abstract

Briefly outlines Morocco's contemporary situation and energy political economy, thus highlighting the importance of its economic stability to US interests, considering Islamic fundamentalism, energy development and pricing, responses to oil shocks, and government policies. Finally, the author presents some conclusions of significance to policymakers hoping to achieve energy resources development and economic growth. -P.Hardiman
