Perancangan Sistem Informasi Agribisnis Kedelai Berbasis Web di Kabupaten Grobogan, Jawa Tengah (Web-based Information System Design of Soybean Agribusiness in Grobogan, Central Jawa)

Abstract

Grobogan is one of the largest producers of soybeans and has been the most productive in Central Java. Guidance and development of soybean agribusiness system are necessary in order to maintain and increase soybean productivity in Grobogan. Information system has become a part of supporting service that will promote another subsystem activity and overcome the problem of lack of local soybean marketing information.Therefore, it is important to develop an information system of soybean agribusiness. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based information system of soybean agribusiness in Grobogan, named SIMAKGro. The system design uses prototyping system approach that is limited into two steps, i.e., system analysis and information system design. The result of this research is a prototype design model of web-based information system of soybean agribusiness in Grobogan (SIMAKGro).
