GEOGRAFIA, PLANEJAMENTO AMBIENTAL E EDUCAÇÃO AMBIENTAL: ENTRE OS PARÂMETROS LEGAIS E AS PRÁTICAS REAIS

Abstract

The concern of rofessional geography with environmental issues and in particular with the Environmental Planning and Environmental Education is present in different segments of education prevailing in the country and the everyday life of our society. In the academic sphere, whether in teaching, researchor extension Geography is signaling the need to reflect and discuss how best toapply the content inherent in Geographic Science, among them the Environmental Planning and the best way to maintain the transversality Environmental Educationtheme. This has as main objective to identify the legal parameters of theenvironmental planning and environmental education in the country's politicallevels to understand the gap between the classroom and the complexenvironmental reality. Thus may be thoughtful strategies to promote integration-between education and environmental issues and to discuss to what extent the geography works planning strategies and environmental education inside and outside the classroom. Keywords: geography education, interdisciplinary, environment, citizenship, governance A preocupacao dos profissionais de Geografia com as questoes ambientais e, em especial, com o Planejamento Ambiental e a Educacao Ambiental esta presente nos diferentes segmentos de ensino vigentes no pais, bem como no cotidiano de nossa sociedade. No ambito academico, seja nas atividades de ensino, pesquisa ou extensao a Geografia vem sinalizando a necessidade de refletir e discutir o melhor modo de aplicar os conteudos inerentes a Ciencia Geografica, dentre eles o de Planejamento Ambiental, e o melhor modo de manter a transversalidade do tema Educacao Ambiental. O presente tem como objetivo principal identificar os parametros legais do planejamento ambiental e da educacao ambiental nos patamares politicos do Pais para a compreensao do distanciamento entre a sala de aula e a complexa realidade ambiental. Desse modo poderao ser pensadas estrategias no sentido de promover a integracao entre o ensino e a questao ambiental bem como discutir em que medida a geografia trabalha as estrategias de planejamento e educacao ambiental dentro e fora da sala de aula.
