Abstract

Effects of the fear of crime on the elderly are examined to gain further insight as to how the fear of criminal victimization relates to the elderly's life style, self-perception, lack of control over their everyday life, & the feeling of possessing insufficient political strength to mobilize criminal justice programs to help eliminate their fears. 1 Table.
