Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has left in its wake great challenges in the field of law. This document analyzes the legal protection that can be provided to works created with artificial intelligence, with respect to the Colombian legislation on copyright, considering that this is one of the main debates that is currently in force in the world. In this sense, to determine how these products can be protected, it is necessary to identify the level of incidence of this emerging technology in the creative processes and its eventual guarantee, under the legal figures offered by the intellectual property system.
