Copying letters to patients

Abstract

As part of a referrer satisfaction survey at Newcastle Clinical Psychology Services, referrers were asked to comment on the Department of Health policy of copying letters to patients. This article reports on the responses and discusses their implications. © The British Psychological Society 2005.
