Abstract

Organizations these days are adopting information technology on a faster pace, but investing in IT does not guarantee improved organizational performance. Studying from the past researchers, this study suggests that in order to have improved organizational performance, it is important to improve the supply chain performance. Based on the data collected from various manufacturing companies, the present study focuses on these issues. The findings help in providing a new view point in evaluating IT investment in the supply chain practice.
