Abstract

In strategic planning it is necessary to assess the current and target market configuration in segments terms in the volume of each of them. Market forecasts and sales figures cover the entire planning horizon of the product and target business strategy. The application of the product business strategy determines the need for marketing analysis of each relevant market segment.
