Abstract
Muscle fatigue is commonly pronounced in clinical aspects as exercise induced syndrome. In this review, we presents physical structure of muscle including actin and myosin arrangement for Excitation-contraction coupling and contribution of ions and other factors like O 2 , ROS, pH, Blood flow, lactate, inorganic phosphate, Heat shock protein for muscle contraction and fatigue development. Finally the EMG power spectrum characteristics also discussed before and after the fatigue development.
