GAMBARAN MOTIVASI MAHASISWA DIPLOMA TIGA KEPERAWATAN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN KOMUNIKASI KEPERAWATAN : MODEL MOTIVASI ARCS-V

Abstract

The 2019 coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic began in December 2019 in Wuhan City, China. The high number of cases and rapid transmission have prompted the government to implement a work from home (WFH) policy for workers and online learning for students. Students who have high learning motivation tend to master the subject matter so that they get good grades. During the pandemic, low student motivation is one of the causes of low achievement scores. The purpose is to describe student learning motivation and factors supporting learning motivation in nursing communication learning activities. This study uses a descriptive design with a cross-sectional study approach. The population of this research is the second-level students of the Diploma Three Nursing Study Program with a total of 70 students. The analysis in this study is descriptive univariate with the category of measuring results high if mean/median and low if
