Abstract

This article integrates psychological and sociological perspectives to provide a more complete explanation of the link between intended and actual turnover. Qualitative research and grounded theory method are used to carry out the research. And the findings from our studies indicate that the translation of intentions to leave one's job into turnover behavior is attenuated by the family enmeshment.
