The application that is built to be used by users with wide age ranges and different educational backgrounds need interface which is designed carefully. User acceptance value for the application's interface must be measured using the right measurement tool. The goal of this research is to produce the right measurement tool for the application's interface. The right measurement tool to measure the value of user acceptance in this research uses Nielsen's method and questionnaire technique. The Nielsen's method covers Nielsen's Attributes of Usability and Nielsen's Heuristic Evaluation and the questionnaire technique consists of QUIS Questionnaire, USE Questionnaire and Purdue Usability Testing Questionnaire. The result of this paper is a measurement tool to measure the value of user acceptance that is produced from a combination of Nielsen's method and questionnaire technique which considers user age range and educational background. A few things which become the topic of discussion are the number of questions and answers, classification for the questionnaire and users' condition. As conclusion, further surveys are needed to prove the correctness of the classification according to the suggestions in the discussion chapter. This research will give an accurate measurement to the value of user acceptance.
