Abstract

This work focuses on the contextual analysis of the teachers and students experiences from two Secondary schools in Castellon, on specific measures to attend diversity. The two case studies give voice to those concerned about the effectiveness of these specific programs. The results confirm that the valoration of these measures is influenced by organizational factors, and question them as generalizable measures. More inclusive and intercultural alternatives are proposed to overcome the contradictions of the current model.
