Evaluasi Kondisi Jaringan Irigasi Untuk Saluran Primer Pada Daerah Irigasi Bandar Sidoras Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

The Bandar Sidoras Irrigation Area is located in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. Its functional area covers 3,000 Ha, with a primary irrigation channel measuring 10.62 km, specifically on the Kerasaan primary irrigation channel managed by the Sumatra II River Basin Authority (BWSS II). This study aims to evaluate irrigation assets and analyze hydrological frequency and hydraulics to redesign the irrigation channels. The Nakayasu method is used alongside several other methods for comparison. Survey results indicate that the highest level of damage occurs in section 3. From the analysis, the planning parameters obtained are: T1 = 5.5 m, h = 0.9 m, H = 1.50 m, and B = 1 m. Based on these results, the irrigation channel in section 3 is planned for reconstruction to improve its efficiency and capacity.
