Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Pemanfaatan Buku Kia pada Ibu Hamil di Posyandu Desa Sukahaji Kecamatan Sukawening Kabupaten Garut

Abstract

ABSTRACT Maternal death is caused by two factors, namely direct causes and indirect causes. The direct causes of maternal death are closely related to medical, obstetric complications during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. Meanwhile, indirect causes of maternal death can be caused by congenital diseases suffered by pregnant women or diseases that arise during pregnancy which do not have direct obstetric consequences, but these diseases are exacerbated by the physiological effects of pregnancy. Utilization of KIlA bellrtuljulan bulkul ulntulk improves health in the family environment especially in maintaining the health of the child and child. To educate and understand the factors that contribute to the use of KIA books for pregnant women at Posyandu in Sukahaji Village, Sukawening District, Garut Regency in 2024.The research design used was obselvasilonal pellnelliltan kulantiltatilf bellrsilfat using the cross-cutting method or Cross Sellctylonal pelndelliltan. The number of samples in this research was 85 respondents. Data analysis used Uljil Chil-Sqularell. Obtained Asymp Sig value. (2-sided) 0.004 <0.05 on age, <0.05 on education, <0.05 on parity, 0.004 <0.05 on knowledge, 0.004 <0.05 on attitude and < .001 <0,05 pada umur, <0,05 pada pendidikan, <0,05 pada paritas, 0.004 <0,05 pada pengetahuan, 0.004 <0,05 pada sikap dan <0,05 pada dukungan petugas kesehatan. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan umur, pendidikan, paritas, pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan petugas kesehatan dengan pemanfaatan buku KIA pada ibu hamil di Posyandu Desa Sukahaji Kecamatan Sukawening Kabupaten Garut Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai sumber informasi bagi ibu hamil untuk menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pemanfaatan buku KIA. Kata Kunci: Umur, Pendidikan, Pengetahuan, Paritas, Sikap, Dukungan Petugas Kesehatan, Pemanfaatan Buku KIA
