Abstract

Facial treatment is a comprehensive facial treatment. Starting from massage, facial cleansing with scrubs, chemical peels, exfoliation (microdermabrasion), extraction of blackheads, and giving facial masks according to skin type. Dr. Clinic. Aesthetic Center is a beauty clinic that not only provides facial skin care services, but also produces its own facial care products that have been registered with BPOM RI. At the clinic dr. Aesthetic Center The range to find out facial treatments that are suitable for skin type is done by coming directly to the clinic and conducting direct consultations with doctors. The limited number of dermatologists and doctor's practice hours as well as long distances make it an obstacle that is often experienced by most women who want to do treatment at the Beauty Clinic. So it can take a long time, cost and process. So we need an expert system application to find out the type of skin, the problems that arise, and the treatment actions taken based on the problems experienced by computerization. The design of an expert system using the Certainty Factor method of determining facial treatments is expected to help the results provide easy and fast facilities, especially in terms of health consultations and the delivery of information about facial skin types to the public to determine facial treatments that are suitable for skin types. From the weight calculation carried out in the case of oily skin, the highest percentage is 92% with the confidence level based on the Certainty Factor interpretation table is SURE.
