Abstract

The emergence of new information technologies always brings not only new opportunities for optimizing interaction processes but is also accompanied by the emergence of new threats to national security, which, if ignored, can negate the potential benefits of introducing these technologies. Timely assessment of such risks and the development of adequate countermeasures are the cornerstone of progress. The introduction of artificial intelligence technology is considered as one of the incentives for the development of business and the economy as a whole. However, the use of self-learning neural networks as the primary way of implementing this technology generates completely new, not previously considered types of threats.
