Abstract

The Churg-Strauss syndrome (allergic granulomatous and angiitis) is a systemic vasculitis typically preceeded by intrinsic asthma, eosinophilia and elevated IgE. We discuss the problems of diagnosis and treatment, in the light of a case manifested as mononeuritis multiplex, in complete remission under treatement with corticosteroids and cyclophosphamide.
