Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze currently the application of management systems in agroindustry and the specific objectives were: recognize the management systems with the greatest relevance or with the most research and determine the influence of the pandemic on the development of research in management systems. This analysis is carried out using academic information sources, under the methodology of the systematic review of the literature considering databases and as a strategy search equations and inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results show that currently research on management systems in agribusiness worldwide is related to: Food safety / safety management, Environmental management, Inventory management, supply chain and risk management, Integrated management systems, Quality management systems, social responsibility management, management system certifications, occupational health and safety management systems, and energy management.
