Abstract

Physical education in elementary schools has an important role in improving students' physical fitness and health. One way to achieve this is through the Kids Athletics program, which is an athletic sport specifically designed for children aged 6-13 years. This program combines basic athletic exercises, such as running, throwing and jumping, designed to support children's physical growth and development. This research aims to socialize and introduce Kids Athletics to teachers in Muktijaya Village, with the hope of increasing their understanding and skills in implementing this sport in learning and extracurricular activities. The methods used in the implementation of this activity include lectures, demonstrations, consultations, and practices. This activity took place from January 28 to February 21, 2025 and involved primary school teachers in Muktijaya Village. The results of the implementation showed an increase in teacher understanding of the benefits and basic techniques of Kids Athletics, as well as how to modify equipment to support the implementation of activities. It is hoped that with this activity, teachers can implement Kids Athletics to improve students' physical fitness and create a more active and healthy school environment.
