Abstract
The global climate governance model has entered a new era of the digital economy, and digital technology has become the most critical factor in achieving the "dual carbon" goal. Digital low-carbon plays a crucial role in China's development. The research team conducted in-depth research on the issue of "dual carbon" supported by digital technology. The research team conducted in-depth visits and research based on the actual needs and demands of residents. From the perspective of residents' digital leadership-low-carbon life, we will conduct indepth research on the shortcomings of existing digital technology support and the development bottleneck. The innovation of digital technology and the rapid development of the digital economy, deeply integrated with key areas of carbon emissions such as energy, electricity, industry, and transportation, contribute to industrial transformation and the leading role of modern digital lifestyles.
