Phenotypic variability is an important parameter to determine the success of selection in plant breeding programs. The research objective is to find out the information of phenotypic variability on the yield components that directly affect the yield of sweetcorn plants on S3 Generation of Padjadjaran-SR sweetcorn genotypes. The experiment was conducted at SPLPP Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Padjadjaran, Arjasari, Bandung from March up to August 2016. The genetic materials were planted without replicated design. The results showed that all Padjadjaran-SR S3 originating from selfed derived populations, single crossed derived populations, three way crossed derived populations, and double crossed derived populations had wide variability for all yield component.
