Abstract

In view of the current situation of auto parts industry and the characteristics of assembly line, this paper adopts the constraint theory to study. Through the arena modeling and simulation means to find the "bottleneck" of the auto parts enterprise assembly line. And then develop the optimization program for eliminating or transferring the "bottleneck". And use ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, and Simplify) analysis to improve the entire assembly process. Achieved the purpose of optimizing the allocation of resources and improving the rate of output.
