O declínio: Inserção internacional do Brasil (2011–2014)

Abstract

In the article we examine the foundations of international insertion of Brazil in the first government of President Dilma Rousseff (2011-2014). The causes of the loss of efficiency of the international action taken in the government of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (2003-2010), is considered under the elaboration of the analytical hypothesis of relative decline.
