The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous communication and career planning on employee performance, where the sample used in this study amounted to 120 employees, with multiple regression analysis techniques SPSS software approach 23. The results of this study indicate that communication has a negative and significant effect on employee performance and career planning has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while for simultaneous testing there is a positive and significant effect of communication and career planning on employee performance.
