Delivery after previous caesarean section

Abstract

A personal series of 144 patients previously delivered by Caesarean Section is presented. Successful vaginal delivery was attained in 72.3% of the total and 90.5% of the 115 who were allowed to labour. There was no maternal mortality or significant maternal morbidity and no attributable perinatal death.
