Abstract

This study investigates the impact of rising demand for green products on the management of quality and safety in agriculture. Through methods such as literature review, surveys, and fieldwork, it explores the conditions of agri-product quality and safety in the context of consumer preferences. Employing techniques like the LDA topic model and fsQCA, the research identifies crucial factors influencing quality control optimization. Results indicate that aligning agri-product standards with green demands can boost consumer trust, sales, and move agriculture towards sustainability. The study offers insights for improving agri-product quality assurance and market competitiveness, fostering a better understanding of consumer behavior's role in agricultural product quality management.
