Abstract

Abstrack Teachers are human resources had played a role very important in educate students.In high school n 1 junjung sirih are needed teachers assistance namely honorary workers teachers.Honorary workers were who really has the potential good in educating.Selection candidates honorary workers in high school n 1 junjung sirih is stilldone manually. While in determine a candidate honorary workers has three rating factor that is administration, academic, and personality.So in decision-making to select revenue honorary workers in this school enough sluggish and still wearing aspects subjective.By because it was necessary made an application that is able to detect selection the candidates honorary workers optimal that can help school management in make decisions more objective.By using the method multifactor evaluation process (MFEP) who used approach collectively in decision-making. The system resulting of providing an alternative choice in determining election honorary in order facilities school management in selecting file participants who be teachers paid by honorarium. keyword : honorary workers, decision-making, MFEP
