Abstract
Standard micro-hematocrit equipment was used to develop an indirect micromethod for milk fat determination. Close agreement was found between the centrifugation values and both Mojonnier and Babcock methods. The method was found to be suitable for cows’ as well as rats’ milk. © 1969, American Dairy Science Association. All rights reserved.
